Performances
A “performance” means any instance in which the pantomime script is staged, presented, or read aloud before an audience that includes members of the public, whether or not admission is charged. For the avoidance of doubt, anyone not part of the cast, crew, creative team, or venue staff is deemed a member of the public, and any dress rehearsal attended by such persons shall constitute a Performance.
Licence fee tiers
Measure the total capacity of seating in your venue to see which fee tier applies. Fees start at £45 per performance. The total capacity is calculated by working out the total potential number of seats on sale per performance not the total number of seats you predict you will sell. If your capacity exceeds 500, the licence fee will increase at intervals of £5/performance, per 50 seats.

Copyright notice
My pantomime scripts are fully protected under international copyright laws. All performance rights are strictly prohibited unless an appropriate licence has been confirmed and paid for. Any performance (in whole or part) of my scripts without a licence issued from Alex Jackson Pantomimes is against the law and subject to a discretionary 50% additional charge on late application and/or legal action.
Professional productions
By arrangement. Alex regularly writes bespoke scripts from scratch, or adapts scripts for professional productions in the UK and internationally. A professional production is generally described as any production where the majority of actors and creative team involved are paid.
